[Resolved] PayUMoney — not settling my amount | |||
We are a merchant .We received a payment of INR 4, 40, 000 through five transaction ID's [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] from our clients .It was made on Saturday and its been six days they have not settled the amount.We have emailed everyone right from their carehead to their merchant support team they JUST DONT RESPOND.Have never faced an issue with paytm.These guys are now telling us that they will refund the amount in the source after deducting their charges in one of my mails post which they have gone mum.
