[Resolved]  PayUMoney — not settling payment since sept 2019 till date.

I have an online store and i have been using payumoney as a gateway since the beginning, on 31st may 2019 we received an order of value 16k and the order was successfully deliverd to the customer on 8th june 2019 through delhivery tracking number[protected]. But after 1.5 months we received an email for payumoney that there is a chargeback of 16k from the customer and we need to give clarification and the proof of delivery. We sent the relevant documents to the them, and since then whenever we receive any order from customer and payment is passed through payumoney they have not settled any amount and it always shows "settlement in progress" in their dashboard. We raised several service requests on their website, but never got a single call from them regarding any solution, and they are such a fraud company that they dont even have a customer care number. Now i dont know what to do to solve this issue. Hope someone here will help me to resolve my issue. Details of the order are below.
