[Resolved] PayUMoney — otp fraud transaction

Someone called as a fake bank employee dated 3042017 around 3:15 pm. He asked for my card details and otp which was generated through payu money.. Following are the otp which i got - (187479, 469254, 313190). After a while i continuously got massges of transactions done through my card. I will be greatful block that payment and refund that to concerned account.

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi,

Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued your Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the dispute process.

Your TXN id 6921323765 has been refunded via ARN 30001081108108077990693 from our end. Banks generally take 3-5 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards.

I had cancelled the ticket on 23/04/2018. And amount of 1695 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 24/04/2018 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below
