PayUMoney — Otp not received For Me too

Otp not received
I returned something from Adidas and they generated a link for refund process. The link is for Payu and as I follow the instructions, they say I will get an otp but I haven't received an otp at all. I saw the same problem in another complaint and Payu gave a template response to submit the concern. I followed that and guess what even that doesn't work or have the options to submit the issue. Government should ban such service. I want my refund.
