[Resolved]  PayUMoney — paid bescom bill through payumoney. amount get deducted from credit card. amount due still reflecting

I have paid bescom bill through payumoney for the accountid:[protected].

Amount got deducted from credit card. But the amount due is still reflecting for accountid: [protected]. As bill not paid.

Bill amount deducted 449.30 on 14th of september.

I have received a confirmation message from payumoney that my bill payment is successfull. But the due amount is still reflecting in the app.

Where has my paid bill amount gone.? Why is this seen like not paid even after a successful payment message received?

Please reflect the bill to be paid or else refund the money.
