[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment deduction / parents alarm / axis bank credit card/ payumoney/ lalganj st pauls school | |
Hi team, I have done one transaction on 2 feb2020 through parents alarm portal. My amount is deducted from my axis bank credit card and its successfully submitted to payumoney account as i get the message from my bank. But as i think, it is not submitted to school. I asked the school about this. They told me there are no fees submitted to their account. And i also call parents alarm, they told me asked the school about this. So the problem is this, where is my money? And why its not submitted? Due to this, my younger brother's school fees are not submitted in their school (Lalganj st pauls school). And everyday school demanding the fees and send the message that please submit fees asap. Otherwise, they will not let them sit in the examination. My amount is 2774.28. So, please do any action asap as it is related to the life of innocent kid and it's my hard earn money. Was this information helpful? | |
