I had booked 3 tickets yesterday in red bus web site through 7 hills travels bus to go to bangalore to tirupathi for balaji darshan package and was directed to make the payment of rs. 5622/- through your web site. But payment has been received by you from my hdfc credit card twice but tickets are not generated. Please help us in this.
