On 17th May 2020, I made a payment of Rs. 999/- via PayU to purchase JBL portable wireless speaker and headphone. The invoice also says the same thing. But when I receive there was a fake company speaker and no headphone. When I check for the site, it is not working https://thestylestudios.com \| I was relying on PayU 's credibility to make this payment and now got cheated. The customer care number of the service provider is also not working. I hold PayU responsible for supporting this cheating company. PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 30, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Abul, Apologies for the inconvenience. Hi! As checked, this is a successful transaction via transaction Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant on [protected]@gmail.com to get the status at their end. THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THE MERCHANT. Either reveal WORKING CONTACT DETAILS OF THE MERACHANT or I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST YOU - because it PayU that has APPROVED SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY. That way, you must be also FRAUD.
