[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment not delivered to the destination

Dear sir,
I jitendra singh had transfer rs 5500/- to wealth it global bia sbi internet bank transaction through payu money on 02.06.2018 11.52 am and payu send massage that payment is done successfully and amount also deducted from my account but excutive from wealth it global said that money is not delivered from payu money. The detail of payment is:

Merchant name: wealth it global
Payment id:[protected]
Merchant order id:[protected]
Order amount - 5500.00
Please resolve the the issue & please revert back me on my mail id - [protected]@gmail.com or in my mob no [protected]

Please note that this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.

We done payment on payumoney app on 24may 2018 but the order is not placed so please refund our money. The payment I'd is[protected]

your TXN id 192523463 has been refunded via ARN 1457959302 from our end. Banks generally take 3-5 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance.
