[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment not received but amount deducted from bank | |
I have initiated a payment of rs. 82, 500 through payu gateway. I have used net banking option and paid the full amount through hdfc bank and got an success message along with transaction id. The complete amount got deducted from my hdfc bank account as well. But when i contacted payu, i got below message - we have checked and not found any credit against your transactions and payu is asking me to get in touch with your card/account issuing bank and raise a chargeback/dispute for the transaction. But in hdfc you're saying that amount is credited to payu end. Now i don't know where my money is gone? Please take this as dispute and refund my money immediately as this is almost 2 weeks now. Payu is not responding properly and they're always saying the same template to check with bank. How come payu is not having any error handling system as they deal with money. On this 13th March, 3000/- deducted and till now not refund.
I have ordered redminote 6 pro mobile to Suresh Khatkar vide payment ID No.[protected] on 14.02.2019 .The party name Shri Suresh KhaTKAR HAS CONFIRM MY ORDER ON DATED 14.02.2019 AND INVOICE NO.INV[protected] BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MOBILE OR REFUND.KINDLY DO NEEDFULL IN THE MATTER AND REPLY TO ME.
