I am from company fit futures (www.fitfutures.co.in) registered in payu with [protected]@gmail.com, merchant id 6497114
Its 7-9 month citrus (Payu) is not completing our kyc and hence not releasing our payment.
They have been asking several document different time and we have provided all, still keeping it on hold our payment of 20k, and providing stupid reason.
Different representative ask different document, we have taken care of all demands.
Ask 30 page document to sign and sealed - provided.
Someone ask no you need to give 7 page document - provided
Bank later, address proof, id proof, gst, gov registration - provided at least 3 times
Ask for services details - provided
Ask for event trainer name profile - provided
Ask for venue details - provided
Asked for proof of event - provided
Problem:
Now asking for venue confirmation doc - i said this is our own partner venue, so we dont have any agreement. If required can check with venue owner.
Not ready to listing and replaying in emails after 7days several time same doc. Not even ready to discuss over call.
I dont understand we do many events and many place, what all should i give, how does it mater to payu? We have given gst details and govt proof, i am liable to government.
Payu team took 7 days to respond for one email and is not ready to discuss over call and finish the understanding.
Even escalation team not even called me once.

I would request a call back to my number and expedite process ( [protected]), if really want to help.
Its 9 month, your team asking different document on every other mail ( seems your team only not aware of your document required), and took 7 days to respond.
No help with escalation matrices as well.
