My merchant id is 6680485 and i made a terrible mistake of accepting a customer payment of 35, 730 via payumoney.

I received the amount on 26th march 2019 and in spite of completing the bank verification the payment wasn't settled. As per their t&c, website verification is mandatory for transactions over 50, 000.

I raised multiple support tickets and was contacted by mr. Anup singh and he helped me sort out documentation...

We have erroneously paid rs 2060- to the merchant balaj.in assuming that it is a booking site for tirumala dharshan. Kindly stop the payment as we have done that erroneously. We thought that the website belongs to ttd but it is not and believed to be fake. Tt devasthanam have not appointed any authorised agent for booking of dharshan tickets.

My query is, how come such a reputed pg company like pay u money accepted being the...

Its 7-9 month citrus (Payu) is not completing our kyc and hence not releasing our payment.

They have been asking several document different time and we have provided all, still keeping it on hold our payment of 20k, and providing stupid reason.

By using payumoney payment platform, i did payment to gopickfly.com for booking a courier. But that website registered as a3t factorymrp trading private limited with payumoney has not given me service. I did online payment through payu.in to indusforex.
