I am adhithya somaraj. I had ordered for nokia 8.1 ₹29, 999.00with the
Order no: #61381through nokia website on march 31st and the payment has done through payu. But due to some financial issues i cancelled that order on the same day. But the refund has not been initiated to my account till now, and its been the 3rd week today. I recieved the reference id:5ca3145c6d442 regarding the refund from nokia website. But the money has not been initiated to my account till now. I contact with my bank, nokia helpline but there is no response from their side they are asking me to contact with the payu. Kindly please do the refund procedure as early as possible. Thankyou.

    Refund of rs. 3241.0 of payment (Id[protected] done on snapmint credit adverisory private limited is successful. It will reflect in your account in 3-5 working days.

    Message was send on[protected]. Its been a week and i still haven't received the amount. Both snapmint and payumoney not replying to my emails even though they guaranteed reply in 24 hours its been long past that. Very unprofessional. Please look into this matter asap.

      I am writing in terms of a ticket that i cancelled through irctc, payment gate way was payumoney for both the case.
      It has been past 15 days, till now no refund is processed to bank account from payumoney.
      Irctc has confirmed and shared the following information for one of the ticket,

      I have been fraudlently charged from my SBI Credit card ending 1754 of INR 94500/- on 10.04.2019 this transaction i have never done nor authorized anyone on my behalf to do so. please see and cancel.

            My merchant id is 6680485 and i made a terrible mistake of accepting a customer payment of 35, 730 via payumoney.

            I received the amount on 26th march 2019 and in spite of completing the bank verification the payment wasn't settled. As per their t&c, website verification is mandatory for transactions over 50, 000.

            I raised multiple support tickets and was contacted by mr. Anup singh and he helped me sort out documentation and website issues. This was all completed by 3rd april. And he promised that settlement will be initiated by eod.

            Today is 08 april 2019 and i haven't received any settlement. The website still shows the same "your settlement is on hold and we will take 2 working days to process it". It has been the same for weeks now.

            I have emailed merchant support, ceo, anup singhi already. No response.

            Here's the confirmation email,

            Avoid this payment processor like plague.

              We have erroneously paid rs 2060- to the merchant balaj.in assuming that it is a booking site for tirumala dharshan. Kindly stop the payment as we have done that erroneously. We thought that the website belongs to ttd but it is not and believed to be fake. Tt devasthanam have not appointed any authorised agent for booking of dharshan tickets.

              My query is, how come such a reputed pg company like pay u money accepted being the pg for this website!!! Kindly verify the kyc details.

              The way the site is designed and organised itself will tell about the quality of the site and payu money surprisingly become the pg for them!

                I am from company fit futures (www.fitfutures.co.in) registered in payu with [protected]@gmail.com, merchant id 6497114

                Its 7-9 month citrus (Payu) is not completing our kyc and hence not releasing our payment.

                They have been asking several document different time and we have provided all, still keeping it on hold our payment of 20k, and providing stupid reason.

                Different representative ask different document, we have taken care of all demands.
                Ask 30 page document to sign and sealed - provided.
                Someone ask no you need to give 7 page document - provided
                Bank later, address proof, id proof, gst, gov registration - provided at least 3 times

                Ask for services details - provided
                Ask for event trainer name profile - provided
                Ask for venue details - provided
                Asked for proof of event - provided
                Problem:
                Now asking for venue confirmation doc - i said this is our own partner venue, so we dont have any agreement. If required can check with venue owner.
                Not ready to listing and replaying in emails after 7days several time same doc. Not even ready to discuss over call.

                I dont understand we do many events and many place, what all should i give, how does it mater to payu? We have given gst details and govt proof, i am liable to government.

                Payu team took 7 days to respond for one email and is not ready to discuss over call and finish the understanding.
                Even escalation team not even called me once.

                Its 9 month, your team asking different document on every other mail ( seems your team only not aware of your document required), and took 7 days to respond.
                No help with escalation matrices as well.

                      I had made a transaction via netbanking for inr 70, 800/- for visa services from stark visas and the payment was successful but was halted in the payumoney gateway. Due to this my service is cancelled which i understand as the service fee is not paid.
                      I contacted payumoney on 9th march 2019 and received auto-response on 13th march 2019 with a case id no. 04616060. Until now i havent received any solution to fix the situation or receive a refund.

                      "payumoney is a bad gateway that i dot trust anymore as makes you run around in circles when you need the solution fixed soon."

                      Due to their negligence i am not able to receive visa service from stark visas and when i ask for a refund they dont even reply a solution to get it fixed. All i am asking is - where is my money and what have you done with it? I had made the payment by trusting the payment method and hoping it goes through. Payumoney is a bad service.
                      Never opting for any payment ever if the its payumoney gateway.

                        I was booking a train ticket through irctc site on 21/3/2019, paid the amount using debit card through payumoney payment gateway, i got the screen "payment successful" you will be redirected to sdk. Irctc.co.in in few seconds, after 10-15 minutes the page got crashed and ticket did not booked but amount debited from my bank. Even after one week i could not get my amount back in my account. Hence i would request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis and return the amount.

                          My marchant id-6481849, i have received 5000/- in my PayUnow Bharat QR code on 09 Feb 19. But till today i didn't receive any Single amount in my bank account after completion of more than 45 Days.

                          i complain many times about payment deposit in my bank account issue then same resolution 7-10 days it will take. but i did not get any of money. Sick of it complaining mail [protected]@payunow, refund amount-2500+2500=5000 its big amount for me.

I tried to pay it with my account debit card but it got cancelled. After a lot of failures of payment I transfered my money to my friends account and he paid it through net banking service.                               payment not received but amount deducted from bank

                              I have initiated a payment of rs. 82, 500 through payu gateway. I have used net banking option and paid the full amount through hdfc bank and got an success message along with transaction id. The complete amount got deducted from my hdfc bank account as well. But when i contacted payu, i got below message - we have checked and not found any credit against your transactions and payu is asking me to get in touch with your card/account issuing...

                              I have taken payment from my customer using payumoney email invoice internal tools on 13th March 2019 at 10:30am in the morning payment was successful. ( payment deducted verified by customers cards statement).

                              also status was successful on payumoney portal and got the payment confirmation by payumoney on my email.

                              after 3 days when i didn't received money to my bank i have started writing email to all the concern person including: CEO, Merchant care, Account manager, support team and etc. but no one reply why my payment is on hold without any reasons. they just replied you have to wait sometime.
                              there is no timeline, it's 12days passed today on 24th March 2019 but still i did not received my money and no reply from them.

                              I try to book a ticket via irctc official website from mumbai to amritsar. Transaction was successful and money got deducted from my account but in irctc official website it showing that payment pending from bank end payumoney. so kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. its a urgency

                                I had used PayUMoney gateway for paying some amounts to Money Desire Research, Indore. Since I was not delivered the promised services and also I was defrauded by the merchant, I had sent a mail requesting for refund of amount. They did not respond. Now, I want to file FIR with Police. For this purpose postal address of the merchant is required. Till date I have not received a single mail from them and hence postal address is not available with me. I tried to get their postal address through the net but for my surprise there are 2 websites by the same name.

                                In view of this, I had sent a mail to [protected]@payumoney.com on 09.03.19 and till date they have not provided the postal address and unnecessarily dragging on the correspondence.

                                Please advise them to provide postal address, as per their records, to enable me to do the needful.

                                  I have made a payment for school books for my kid 6 days back. I got successful email acknowledgement and money is deducted from my account. Till date no order is received as merchant says he doesn't know about the payment. I now even miss the last date to submit books.

                                  As a end customer who has paid money i feel really stupid that we now resolve issue between merchant and these guys?

                                  I have been trying to reach out to payumoney customer care number from last 2 days. I have written them email as well. There is just auto mated reply and nothing else.

                                  I will go to consumer court and sue them for all the mental harassment they have put me through in case i don't get any response today from them.

                                    I have booked to and fro tickets on irctc using my using my visa card.I had cancelled both the ticket on irctc portal.Its showing money has been refunded back to PayU Money but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.
