Respected sir/madam,
I have made a payment (Id[protected] of rs.2107/- on 05.10.2017for kanpur electricity supply in respect of the month of september, 2017. My account no. 32122501 and the connection is in the name of smt. Radha rani, c-763, mig-2, barra-8, kanpur. It is further submitted that the payment is shown as successful by your website but in the website of kesco the payment is shown as pending till date. Kindly make the payment for the same.
