[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payment success but hall ticket not downloading

Kindly process refund as soon as possible. I already contacted bank about this issue. I was paid to msu payment durimg oct 2 2018. I contacted to payumoney customer care mail id. But there is no response. Kindly help me.
I already made complaint to msu customer care also there also no response. Total sum of amount is rs.1167.75

till now I haven't received the refund I am waiting and contacting for PayUMoney helpline bank helpline and msu helpline for my money...Rs.1167.75 till now morethan a month I haven't received refund I am helpless in this case kindly help me

Hi, I have paid BESCOM, Bangalore Bill on[protected] Payment ref ID IGAEQSER16 Rs 1491./- today[protected], still it is not paid to BESCOM or Reflected on their BESCOM Account via Acc ID : [protected] what I have Paid.

Please can you check on this, Why the delay have happening to make Payment to Merchant(BESCOM)?

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.

• Transaction date along with the amount.

• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.

• UPI / VPA if any used
