Payment id :[protected] Merchant transaction indentifier : 201730925152061810042vzf8ccef18n Kindly process refund as soon as possible. I already contacted bank about this issue. I was paid to msu payment durimg oct 2 2018. I contacted to payumoney customer care mail id. But there is no response. Kindly help me. Verified Support Oct 31, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hey, Please note that this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id -[protected]vzf8cCEF18N in order to get the status at their end.
