[Resolved] PayUMoney — Payment/Settlement not received from PayUMoney | |
I am a merchant on PayUmoney. I have been using Payumoney for receiving payments on my website for over 5 years. Since April 2021, Payumoney has stopped making payments/settlements received from my customers. I have created more than 3 tickets with merchant support and followed up several times. I haven't received any response from their end. I am a small business person and not having received the payments for 2 months has adversely impacted my business. PayUmoney has done this before multiple times. They suddenly stop making settlements to my bank account without any prior notice or reason and I have to follow up multiple times in order to receive my own money. This time they have been unresponsive for over 2 months and I have more than Rs. 60, 000 pending with them -- please help me receive my settlement from Payumoney Was this information helpful? | |
