I have tried to book 4 online tickets for Tajmahal with Mausoleum, agra from the UPI option (phone pay) I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 980 using my upi id. I approved the payment from BHIM app. Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment failed. I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount. As checked, the given transaction via PayU id [protected] is auto-refunded on 01/10/2022 via ARN[protected]. I made a payment of Rs 490 using my debit card.
