I have tried to book 4 online tickets for Tajmahal with Mausoleum, agra from the UPI option (phone pay) I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 980 using my upi id. I approved the payment from BHIM app. Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment failed. I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount. Nov 9, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 08, 2022 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi! As checked, the given transaction via PayU id [protected] is auto-refunded on 01/10/2022 via ARN[protected]. I made a payment of Rs 490 using my debit card.

Amount deducted but not refunded yet.So please solve it as soon as possible to refund my balance
