However they put our settlement on hold stating website is missing certain important links which we updated and informed them vide ticket no. VQ[protected]. The due date for the ticket is long over but there is no revert from payu. Their executive does not answer calls or respond to emails. Our Rs. 30, 000 is stuck for more than a month...

Beware, merchants, pay u money is a fraud payment gateway. I have an account with payumoney. my customers paid 5000 rs through pay u money payment link on the date of 7 September 2022. but they have not settled my money yet. please help me to get my money into my bank account.

This is regarding the payment error I faced while registering for the IIM CAT 2022. I made a UPI payment for the same which was unsuccessful but an amount of ₹2300 was deducted from my bank account.
