      Hi,

      Payu is holding my settlement and saying suspicious transaction. I just asked them to refund the transaction amount 49977 regarding transaction I'd [protected].

      Now my customer is demanding the refund. But Payu is not processing it for so long and not replying to my messages too.

        I'm unable to get the UPI id, and Merchant ID. It's showing as protected in above your response. unable to get the ID which you given in response, more over the issue not resolved so how can you mark it as resolved. Merchant says they did not received the amount, for the proof we are requested you to provide the successful transaction via PayU Id receipt/invoice . please send that to email: [protected]@gmail.com. or you can send in this. they strictly asking about the proof of amount paid receipt and its successful
        Please provide the invoice or receipt of that the amount transaction was successful at PayU end. Merchant said they did not receive the amount. If you provide the amount remitted receipt we can reach out them with this. Please help us.

        Hi Team,

        Already i clearly given /details about the transaction in my complaint

        i was paid Andhra Pradesh property Tax in May 25th 2022 amount of 3, 192.00/- using PayU option in the Tax web site.. i did not received any payment traction message either its success / failed . i waited almost 8hr and did not refresh the page to know the result page.

        The amount was debited in my bank account.
        below was the message which i received .
        ICICI Bank Acct XX823 debited for Rs 3192.00 on 26-May-22; Payu Payments P credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 823 to [protected].

        below is my my bank statement .
        UPI/[protected]/UPI/yellowqr.183597/HDFC BANK
        LTD/ICI03e21e7bb1974aeaa5c0454a74071c94/ 3, 192.00

        i checked with ICICI bank about this transaction they said transaction was successful. but when i was checked with Mee seva they said they did not received the amount and in Andhra Pradesh Tax website the amount not at credited(showing still due in site).
        i did not received any refund of 3, 192.00/- till date.

        please share the transaction payment receipt . In Meeseva they are asking the payment receipt.

        today also we checked Property tax site/ Meeseva its Cleary says they did not received the any payment. showing still due in Andhra Pradesh Property tax website.

        and please be clear here Merchant means?

          We had completed the due kyc process and started using payu. However they put our settlement on hold stating website is missing certain important links which we updated and informed them vide ticket no. VQ[protected]. The due date for the ticket is long over but there is no revert from payu. Their executive does not answer calls or respond to emails. Our Rs. 30, 000 is stuck for more than a month

              Order has been placed (transaction ID[protected] to merchant called Bharat thro payu on 3rd Sep 2022 and later weight charges of Rs 2000 (as asked by merchant for heavy goods) thro payu again on 5th Sep. However, contrary to their claims of 3-5 days express delivery by merchant on his website, till date, they have delayed it with reasons like customs issues etc. Although I am getting replies from them, product hasn't yet come. Merchant bank may also not reverse this transaction at this stage. Don't know if this fraud.

              Now the merchant has stopped responding even after threatening action against them for product non-delivery or no refund. Clearly, looks like fraud merchant.

              Kindly respond to this as the merchant has clearly siphoned off the money as he is totally unreachable and not responding. I am unable to post this info on help.payu.in as the site says an earlier ticket is still in progress and so I cannot raise any new ticket.
              Please treat this as a case of fraud as neither product nor refund came even after 20 days. Also please tell me if it should be raised with legal authorities.

                  Hi Team - VI recharge done thru PAYUMONEY on 24th July 2022 for Rs.763/- was not credited to VI. Checked with HDFC bank said amount was debited with payumoney.                         This is regarding the payment error I faced while registering for the IIM CAT 2022. I made a UPI payment for the same which was unsuccessful but an amount of ₹2300 was deducted from my bank account. Later on, I had to make a new transaction again by another payment gateway in order to complete my application form.

                                I am a housewife and doing lots of hard work i am earning a small amount in such a costly metro city but payu ruined my all dreams.

                                I have already raised query for my problem multiple times on payu help but no response from last 15 days they hold my transaction payment and not refunding it to my student.

                                I have told them to refund the amount to payee as he dont want to continue the classes.
                                I have received payment at 23 august and today is 9th of September 2023

                                Then i have received a message from payu and given list of some document which required for payment settlement.

                                So i can send all the documents which is required for releasing a payment settlement but i didn't get any response from payu merchant support.

                                After few days due to some family issues my student cancelled his training sessions and asked for refund i requested payu to refund the amount to payee but payu is not refunding the amount to payee.

                                Payu try to understand this is a mental harassment and i want my transaction to be refunded back immediately.

                                    Hi Everyone,
                                    Payu.in is not processing the settlement on time. They also take a long time to respond to your query. My MID: 8249891
                                    Why there is so much delay in the settlement now 10 days over? my settlement of 9200 Rupees, settlement id 20220901 is still not processed. I need money on an urgent basis. Transactions made between 29 Aug 2022 to 31 Aug 2022 are still showing in progress. If not received today 09 Sep 2022 I will definitely report this issue to the banking ombudsman and RBI.

                                        From 10/05/2022 i revenue ₹54500 amount via PayU Payment Button. After charging PayU servive fee, GST, etc; i have to recieve ₹53, 113.80 from PayU. But PayU put this settlement is on hold.

                                        So i try to contact them for help, but i found they have not any helpline contact number or any physical office at any city near me. After that i try to chat with their bot system, where they answered me "Your settlement is on-hold."

                                        I am paying their all service fee, taxes, etc. Then why i wait for more than last three months for my money ? Why they behave like a fraud ? I have been suffering from this headache for the past three months.

                                        Its my humble request to PayU team please release my settlement amount as soon as possible.
