[Resolved] PayUMoney — payumoney - milesweb failed transaction refund not coming | |||
I made a transaction to pay amount to my payee miles web by airtel money on 25-jul-2018. Amount rs.3614 has been debited but the transaction was unsuccessful. Regarding my refund i did not get any progress till now even after 8 days. I tried to contact payumoney customer care no body responding, i sent some message through get help link in thier portal, i did not get any response (When i am submitting i got message as i will be called in 2 days but nobody called till now). It seems they don't have any proper channel to address these issues. I got very disappointed fed up with thier services. Milesweb also keep saying they did not get further update from payumoney. Both of them making customer to feel disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 03, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, Your TXN id[protected] [protected] has been refunded via ARN [protected] from our end. Banks generally take 3-5 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards. Regards, Team Payu | |||

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
