I have tried to book 2 online tickets for TajMahl from https://asi.payumoney.com/ online. I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 499 using my upi id. I approved the payment from BHIM app. The amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment failed. I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount. PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 28, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi1 As checked, your transaction via Payu id [protected] has been auto refunded on 27/08/2021 via ARN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
