PayUMoney — PayUMoney PayUmoney asi ticket not generated after payment | |
I have tried to book 2 online tickets for TajMahl from https://asi.payumoney.com/ online. I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 499 using my upi id. I approved the payment from BHIM app. The amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment failed. I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount. Verified Support Aug 28, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi1 As checked, your transaction via Payu id [protected] has been auto refunded on 27/08/2021 via ARN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
