PayUMoney — Product from merchant paid via payu not received | |||
Hi, I had placed an order on a merchant website and paid via payu. The merchant hasn't delivered the goods. Ticket raised by Payu SM[protected] At the end was told raise Dispute with bank. I did. Bank said since it was done thru third-party ie payu they cannot proceed. I have lost rs 936 plus not received goods and the email id provided nobody has responded. Also the website doesn't exist anymore. Payyou is no longer a safe portal as they do not verify the merchants. The website was mehrawiz.com. the email id provided by them was by [protected]@gmail.com who hasnt responded. Kindly make the process of payment aggregators more stringent so they verify merchants who do not cheat the public. Was this information helpful? | |||
