Hello. On 13th April 2017, I purchased a phone from sangeetha mobiles.com and payed an amount of Rs 13499 from my card ending with 5443. The money got debited from my credit card but the money is stuck with payumoney because of which the merchant is not dispatching me the mobile. request you to please look into this and solve my query at the earliest.
