[Resolved] PayUMoney - RedBus — Account Hacked / System Glitch | |||
Hi, Just now somebody booked few tickets in RedBus using 50% discount from PayUMoney and I received a message with Instant pin to login to my account after couple of minutes, I received messages for three ticket bookings with payment Id's. Luckily It's not charged under my account neither displayed in my PayUMoney dashboard as I haven't saved any cards. Looks like some one is trying to hack the RedBus to misuse the discount or It may be a glitch in the system that i received the message instead of someone else. Whatsoever, there is no customer care number which i can contact instantly to report this. All numbers mentioned in both the websites are not available. I raised a ticked to contact form in PayUMoney. Was this information helpful? | |||
