[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund amount not credit in my account | |||||
I have made an order for a book from snapmint and payment had been made by using payaumoney. I have cancelled the order and snapmint has refund my amount rs5370 on 10 january 2019 which has to be credited on my account upto 14 january 2019. But till now the said amount has not credited. To resolve the issue i mail snapmint and payumoney also customer care then he has given an arn no.-[protected]. To loddge the complain regarding this issues. Till now the money has not come back to my saving account.
and also there is no toll free customer care where i can call and
check regarding this issue.
