[Resolved]  PayUMoney — refund amount not get after 23 days

Hello sir,
I had booked a ticket for 20th oct and paid via pauymoney gateway and after due to. Reasons i cancelled it from abhi bus on the same day. I got a mail from

That the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days. But it is more than 20 days and i have not got my money.
I am forwarding mail and other details. I have contacted abhi bus cc, they told that money is already forwarded. But still i have not got any money. Plz take further action to refund my money.
