Hi,

I have been trying to make an online payment for building plan sanction since last afternoon. Amount 10, 440. 2 unsuccessful attempts yesterday where the money was deducted from my account but not credited into bbmp file.

Raised a complaint with my bank hdfc they said the transaction is clear.

Tried twice again today and same problem repeated. Please reverse all the transactions immediately...

I am merchant on payunow, i collected some amount on 2-nov-2018, and payunow updated that amount status into "settled in bank account" on 5-nov-2018 with utr number citin[protected], but still i did't get my amount yet. And payunow not sending current status of this transaction and also not giving any response to my mails. Kindly help me out. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com...

I have paid amount of rs 774 for home credit but paymnt form my bank is deducted and it is not yet credited in home ceedit account i have paid through my debit card no [protected] in my bank account it is showing as remarks 'payu_www.HOMECREDIT.CO/Gurg'
And transaction id as[protected]
My bank account is with central bank of india please help me out to resolve this issue

I had booked a ticket for 20th oct and paid via pauymoney gateway and after due to. Reasons i cancelled it from abhi bus on the same day. I got a mail from

That the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days. But it is more than 20 days and i have not got my money.
I am forwarding mail and other details. I have contacted abhi bus cc, they told that money...

I, Debashish Panda booked a ticket from my Android phone through IRCTC account via PayU Money option on dated 4th November 2018. . Due to some issues, I cancelled the ticket on 7th November(Transaction id- [protected]) . The refund id shows ([protected]) .

Hello sir, i had ordered dr copper bottles set from dr. Copper website on 18 th of august and the payment mode is payumoney, my amount was deducted and the order was not placed in dr. Copper website. And i dint get any refund since then. Please check this as soon as possible.

My booking was for 5th of november but due to some reasons i cancelled the ticket on 2nd of november and irctc helpline is saying that they sent the refund on 4th of november and today is 10th of november. I had booked a ticket for 3rd nov and paid via pauymoney gateway and after due to. Reasons i cancelled it from. Irctc side the amount has been refunded but i i ve nt received the amount yet from pauymoney gateway in my account

On 3/11/18, on line i ordered fresh fish for delivery on 4th morning. The merchant name is fish2meat. It was ordered through the mobile apps and the money inr 615/- was paid through my axis bank visa platinum credit card no. [protected] bearing the name thiruppathi c through pay u gate way.

The goods which was supposed to delivered between 9 am to 12 noon was not delivered. The merchant is not reachable on the contact...

I have paid the bbmp property tax using payu gateway. A sum of rs 5188/- is deducted from my account, but even after 2 days it is not reflected in the bbmp account and the tax receipt is not generated. I had booked a ticket on irctc using my visa debit card on 19-oct-2018 of 140.49 rupees in irctc app it is showing under failed transaction i. E no response from bank. The amount is deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked.

I made payment for irctc ticket through payu money getway and later a cancelled the ticket. My money was refunded in payu money wallet. But when all this happened i was not having a payu mony account at all. Hence i created one later to get the refund. But the money is now showing in their wallet. The do not have an actual customer care number where i can talk to and they are responding very late on the email.
