    I made a payment of rs 5000 for booking my new jawa bike. The transaction was done thru payumoney gateway. The payment says it is successful but when you click on view details of the payment in payumoney customer dashboard it shows money with payumoney in status. That means, the payment reached just payumoney and not my merchant.

    I can also see release payment option for this transaction. If it is true that my payment is sent to merchant already, then why am i seeing that option of release payment for that transaction. I think it makes sense.

    Inspite of sending a number of mails to the customer care email id, they just send one common mail that "payment is successful and contact merchant".

    If it is successful why does it show money with payumoney. I sent even the screenshots of my dashboard. But when they have decided to cheat and take my money why would they even bother to check the screen shots.

    Worst part is head of the care team also replies the same mail. He / she also copy paste the same mail.

    My account reference number is igaetwokj7.
    Payumoney payment id[protected].

    Transaction took place on 16th november 2018.

    I want my amount back into my source account as i can still see that the money is with payumoney only/

    Extra money got deducted from my account while booking tirupati tickets through balaji darshan website! Very suspicious and untrustworthy site is payUmoney!! I tried contacting it but in vain! Dont trust this fake mode of paying money!!

      On 30th October I booked two tickets of Sampark Kranti from Bangalore to Jhansi but due to some technical problem transaction failed and on IRCTC portal showing that it is refunded to PayUMoney but till now I did not get refunded money credited to my account.               Hi, i have booked rail tickets through irctc and the gateway i have chosen was payu, i have cancelled the tickets and in the irctc site it is showing that refunded to bank and in the place of bank it is written as - payumpp and status showing refunded, the transaction and cancellation id's are [protected] refund status 74332748295829458259599& [protected] refund status 74332748295829457147837 respectively. When i can expect the refund gets credited to my bank account through which i have made the payment originally the refund gets credited to my bank account through which i have made the payment originally.

                I have been trying to make an online payment for building plan sanction since last afternoon. Amount 10, 440. 2 unsuccessful attempts yesterday where the money was deducted from my account but not credited into bbmp file.

                Raised a complaint with my bank hdfc they said the transaction is clear.

                Tried twice again today and same problem repeated. Please reverse all the transactions immediately as i am now short of funds.

                  I already sent many mails and getting no response., Now i marked all detail to RBI,

                        I had booked a ticket for 20th oct and paid via pauymoney gateway and after due to. Reasons i cancelled it from abhi bus on the same day. I got a mail from

                        That the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days. But it is more than 20 days and i have not got my money.

                        I was booking rail ticket using ixigo on android through phonepe. Money was deducted from phonepe but ixigo didnt show booking confirmation. Phonepe transaction id C1811122105524484014379. That was going through payu gateway. Plz either show confirmation of booking or refund the amount.

                        PAYU IS A FRAUDULENT AND CORRUPT COMPANY

                        If the amount has not been refunded yet, I'd suggest you to proceed legally if feasible for this.

                        PayU customer service isn't so consumer friendly and will never resolve the issue.

                        It has been 3 and a half months now and my money is not refunded yet. They keep saying that money is charge backed but they send you no proof validating the same. Highly suspicious behavior and a PAYU IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY .

                          I, Debashish Panda booked a ticket from my Android phone through IRCTC account via PayU Money option on dated 4th November 2018. . Due to some issues, I cancelled the ticket on 7th November(Transaction id- [protected]) . The refund id shows ([protected]) .

                                  I have done transaction on 2/nov/2018 on irctc mobile app using payumoney gateway at time of booking ticket, i used citi credit card and the money got deducted however the payment was not successful, now when i check at irctc end it shows the money is pending from bank end, i didnt get any refund for the amount till now its been almost 10 days, have contacted payumoney customer service but they have replied yet please check, the transaction id at irctc end is : [protected]
