Hi,

I have been trying to make an online payment for building plan sanction since last afternoon. Amount 10, 440. 2 unsuccessful attempts yesterday where the money was deducted from my account but not credited into bbmp file.

Raised a complaint with my bank hdfc they said the transaction is clear.

Tried twice again today and same problem repeated. Please reverse all the transactions immediately...

didn't get my amount and getting no response

I am merchant on payunow, i collected some amount on 2-nov-2018, and payunow updated that amount status into "settled in bank account" on 5-nov-2018 with utr number citin[protected], but still i did't get my amount yet. And payunow not sending current status of this transaction and also not giving any response to my mails. Kindly help me out. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com...

payment is not credit in home credit

I have paid amount of rs 774 for home credit but paymnt form my bank is deducted and it is not yet credited in home ceedit account i have paid through my debit card no [protected] in my bank account it is showing as remarks 'payu_www.HOMECREDIT.CO/Gurg'

My bank account is with central bank of india please help me out to resolve this issue

I had booked a ticket for 20th oct and paid via pauymoney gateway and after due to. Reasons i cancelled it from abhi bus on the same day. I got a mail from

That the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days. But it is more than 20 days and i have not got my money.

ticket refunds not received

The goods which was supposed to delivered between 9 am to 12 noon was not delivered. The merchant is not reachable on the contact...

I have paid the bbmp property tax using payu gateway. A sum of rs 5188/- is deducted from my account, but even after 2 days it is not reflected in the bbmp account and the tax receipt is not generated. irctc refund not showing in wallet

I made payment for irctc ticket through payu money getway and later a cancelled the ticket. My money was refunded in payu money wallet. But when all this happened i was not having a payu mony account at all. Hence i created one later to get the refund. But the money is now showing in their wallet. The do not have an actual customer care number where i can talk to and they are responding very late on the email.
