[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund for failed transaction on irctc website | |
I had cancelled the ticket on 17.03.2018. And amount of 1750 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 17.03.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,, Transaction id - [protected] Refund id - [protected] Please look have cancelled my ticket five days before still the ticket value is not refunded to me.in portal, status showing refunded to payumpp bank.
