[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Refund initiated not credited

Dear sir

This is to inform you that I had received Rs 20000 from client the payment not settled by payumoney. When I am checking of status of I shocked because payment shown on hold. That time I raised a query for refund initiated to source account after 3to 5 days I had received a msg your payment refunded to sources accounts within 3 to 5 working days. But today i checked again show on refund successfully and your money on hold kindly contact to us.
I don't understand what should I do
Please advice I you have any solutions for more details about said matter enclosed above
