Booked tickets on asi.payumoney.com, while paying through UPI, it showed Internal server error on the booking page, but the money was debited and no tickets were generated.
Transaction id- PYUOL[protected]
UPI transaction reference number is[protected]
Merchant- asimustsee.[protected]@axisbank

The money has not been credited back and email provided on the automatic mail generated by payUmoney team does not exist. Please help

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

    On 6.12.2019 Ts.331.00 was paid by me tran no 517419 but the ten failed but till date the amt has not been refunded

      Refund status on gateway payment through payu.in

      I made online transfer to indusind bank account through payu.in payment gateway through netbanking(axis bank) on 20th October. The amount got debited from axis bank but the transaction was unsuccessful on the indusind side.

      I sent money through your payumoney for getting india book of records so the transaction shows it has been failed and the cash also debited from my account so please refund my cash as soon as possible
      I request you to do the needful there is only 3 more days to finish the 15 days with in 15 days we want to apply for the certificate then only I can gets the certificate combo

            On 25th OCT me and my family members 11 adults went to visit ASI Monument Bangalore - Keshava Temple also called as Somnathpura Temple

            Paid RS 220 using my PayTM UPI (tried it 2 times - below reference ID's) but did not generate any ASI ticket to show to entrance security to gain access for visit

            Please note, transaction done via reference id[protected]PayU id [protected]) was successful with the amount Rs 155 at our end and amount for same has been remitted to merchant "www.truebalance.io".

            Further, there are 2 transactions done at asimustsee.nic.in One transaction with PayU id [protected] (Reference id[protected] was successful at our end and amount for same has been remitted to merchant and other transaction with PayU id [protected] (Reference id AXI8b8ab5b28a8e42a99e3c0e58b2add5a5) is failed and amount for same has been auto refunded on 26/10/2020 via ARN[protected]. You will receive the amount in your source account within 5-7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).

            We are not able to trace any transaction with reference id[protected]. Request you to share the correct details for further assistance.

            If I understand correctly your response.

            1. PayTM Reference ID[protected] was sucessful and hence Rs. 155 was paid to merchant "www.truebalance.io". which is for - ASI Monument Bangalore - Keshava Temple also called as Somnathpura Temple

            But un fortunately no ticket got generated from the Merchant sitehttps://asi.payumoney.com/ and we were not allowed the entrance into the monument.

            What is the process to get the refund as ultimately we were not able to get the ticket and it is a lost transaction according to us.. as even Regeneration ticket with Transaction ID did not work.

            2. you are saying further PayTM Reference ID[protected] transaction failed and this amount will be refunded to me...

                                  As i have done a transaction of amount rs 10000 with transaction with bank payment reference number:[protected] but on response from reciver side cant recieve money from payumoney side and where i have to complain my concern in pay u money i already raise a complain on my bank they say they already sent the money and also forward me recipet of payumoney confirmation reciept but in payumoney side i cant get any proper customer support mail or number and also they didnt give me any recipet for online transaction whether its failed or not i have so they embezzlement my money
