PayUMoney — refund money not transferred to account | |
I have paid to travel triangle using payumoney on 3rd october. Due to some problem i have cancelled the payment. Now after 2 days of cancellation travel triangle has intiated the refund to my account through payumoney on 5th october. The amount is 14000/- rs. But now today is 11th day i haven't got any refund. No one is picking up my phone in payumoney customer care.
