PayU money does not have customer support, they are making fool, Hi, I am merchant and my id 5132334, payment made through OLA money Txn Amount 5000 Date 21 April 2020 Txn Id 5132334 After that you are proceeding refund Date 30 April 2020 Amount 5000 But the Amount Not refunded Till yet, We are facing typical issue due to Covid-19, kindly i am requesting to you pls proceed for refund and transfer the amount to the same. PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 16, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Anuj, Apologies for the inconvenience. As checked, you have initiated the complete refund for this transaction due to which there is negative balance of Rs ( 108.48) in your account due to convenience fee charges. Request you to deposit the given amount in your nodal account for the refund to get processed successfully.
