PayUMoney — Refund not processed to the bank

I made a booking for Airbnb which was later cancelled. So the refund amount of Rs. 20178.83 is stuck with PayU. The bank account to which PayU was supposed to credit is no more active. So, I want to know the status of payment from PayU's end. The ARN no. which I received from Airbnb is 74332741100109948821955

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details with us via https://help.payu.in/ and we shall assist you further.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

The transaction was made on 2nd March 2021 from ICICI Bank account.

Transaction date: 02/03/2021
Amount: 20178.83

The refund from Airbnb was processed on 09/04/2021.

Hi,

We would like to inform you that the refund has been processed against the PayU ID: [protected] on[protected] and the same will get credited into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time

So the issue is that the source account which is of the ICICI Bank is closed. I want to know the exact status of refund process.Also, as PayU does not have a valid account number to refund the amount, where will you transfer the amount? I can provide alternate bank account number for that I need the status of the process from your end.
Please help in resolving this issue.

Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time

The bank account where the amount was supposed to credit is closed. So, the bank informed that they have not received any refund and the amount could be parked with PayU itself. Kindly help with this issue or provide your customer care number.
Can you provide me Refund Receipt for the amount?
