I made a booking for Airbnb which was later cancelled. So the refund amount of Rs. 20178.83 is stuck with PayU. The bank account to which PayU was supposed to credit is no more active. I have made payment (transaction id is 889863) of INR 3582.00 at PAYU Money on card ending 3095 on[protected]. No order has been made and no confirmation either. Kindly refund the money back into my account. As this is a trusted portal i have been using, am really looking forward to refund.

I have made a payment of 70000 inr to my merchant on 7th April 2021, During the payment it was redirected to ibibo web pvt Ltd gateway and the payment success. After transaction, the payment status was "Success" and now it says "Validity Expired".
But the amount is been debited from my account.
However the payment is not been reflected in bbmp site and hence I am unable to download the receipt.

First of all these are my failed txn details, "Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.545.65 frm A/c X9054 to PayU Payme. Ref IGAKYXVDI3 on 17Apr21. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]-SBI. " So my banker say my account debited, but how this site says no transactions happened. I had ordered twice from the same site https://summeroutwest.in/collections/frontpage and the payment gateway was PAYUMONEY.

The first transaction was successful but my page did not load and the order was not placed which was done from Google Pay UPI (attached).

As there was no contact details on this particular site I placed an order again and paid through debit card this time. The transaction was successful...

INR 3499.38 debited on your IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card at PAYU MONEY on 11-APR-2021 at 01:00 PM for purchase of tab at Bookmytab.com but no confirmation of payment is received from PAYU Money or order confirmation from bookmytab.com. Even tablet is not received till date....
