I ordered a mobile phone from website shopmymobile.in with transaction ID[protected]. On successful transaction order details didn't come on email and mobile. Mobile number given by merchant is switched off. Searched on internet found fake and fraud website. So ban the site and take needful action against fake and fraud company. Cancel my order and refund amount back to me.

    Sir,

    i paid electricity bill to PSPCL with transaction id [protected] of Rs. 363397.00- dt 14/04/2021.

    as per pspcl such amount not received to merchant. Results i have to face in conveyance and financial loss . Kindly send id and reference with merchant transaction.

    Because pspcl have not received payment, they have ordered to cut the connection, kindly help me and resolve the issue at the earliest.

      I already replied on ticket number om april 29 2021, till now no one respond to me till now, this is not at all correct, you people troubling so much and so disappoint with your service
      I replied for please refund my amount back to source account, till now no one is responding to my messages, on 29 th april i got mail, its been 8 days no one replied to my message

        I am using payu money from 15 days in the starting some amounts got settlement successfully, all o[censored]s sudden 29000 put on hold for security, if you pht for security purposes this is not the correct process, literally you are troubling the customers and irritating, and this is not a small amount for your confirmation, i raised a ticket and daily following with my messages till now no bloody pay u people not responded to me, is it joke for them i dont understand, i already mentioned all screwn shots of my transcation amount details which i collected from my customers and updated but no response i need call back immediately, otherwise i decided to file a case on pay u with high priority and i decided not to use pay u applocation any more worst service.

          Refund not processed to the bank

          I made a booking for Airbnb which was later cancelled. So the refund amount of Rs. 20178.83 is stuck with PayU. The bank account to which PayU was supposed to credit is no more active. So, I want to know the status of payment from PayU's end. The ARN no. which I received from Airbnb is 74332741100109948821955...

          i’m paramjit singh paid electricity bill of paramjit enterprises .With reference to above transaction id . I have paid my electricity bill to pspcl rs.350920/- dt 25/03/2021. Payu id
          3299666 and bank reference no.[protected]

              This is my second complaint on the same matter as no response is being provided here or on the payu help gateway. My Merchant ID is 6936341. I have not received any settlements since 20 days. Earlier I thought this was due to my IFSC code not working so I created a query for the same but there was no response to that either. I figured somehow to change my bank details and they have been changed now. However, My mobile app shows my account has suddenly been put on risk hold with no explanation regarding the same. I was asked to create a query so I did the same. I have even attached my POD Slips and GST Certificate for clearing out the issue. I need my settlements ASAP or I atleast need a response on what is exactly going on. This is really unprofessional for this kind of a company to not respond to their consumers that too even when they are holding payouts without any explanation. My Ticket No is JU[protected] . I need a response ASAP. It's been more than 20 days but no one has said anything. My expected date just keeps getting extending.

                  I have made a payment of 70000 inr to my merchant on 7th April 2021, During the payment it was redirected to ibibo web pvt Ltd gateway and the payment success. But my merchant not received the payment and it is not refunded to my bank account also. Initially I thought will be refunded, now I am getting scared as it is 17 days already.                             Hi,
                            I have paid my Bengaluru Property Tax via PayU gateway on April 18, 2021.
                            The Transaction ID is WWWBBMPGOVIN[protected]IN-18/04/21 20:31:17/0533.
                            After transaction, the payment status was "Success" and now it says "Validity Expired".
                            But the amount is been debited from my account.
                            However the payment is not been reflected in bbmp site and hence I am unable to download the receipt.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have paid my Bengaluru Property Tax via PayU gateway on April 16, 2021.The Transaction ID is[protected].After transaction, the payment status was "Success" and now it says "Validity Expired". But the amount is been debited from my account.
                                      However the payment is not been reflected in bbmp site and hence I am unable to download the receipt.
                                      Please check and confirm the same
