I am using payu money from 15 days in the starting some amounts got settlement successfully, all o[censored]s sudden 29000 put on hold for security, if you pht for security purposes this is not the correct process, literally you are troubling the customers and irritating, and this is not a small amount for your confirmation, i raised a ticket and daily following with my messages till now no bloody pay u people not responded to me, is it joke for them i dont understand, i already mentioned all screwn shots of my transcation amount details which i collected from my customers and updated but no response i need call back immediately, otherwise i decided to file a case on pay u with high priority and i decided not to use pay u applocation any more worst service.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
