Payumoney — refund money not transferred to account Me shivam pathak I have paid to one plus store by payumoney on 11th october. Due to some problem i have cancelled the payment. Now after 6 days of cancellation one plus store has intiated the refund to my account through payumoney on 12th october. The amount is 32999/- rs. But now today is 7th day i haven't got any refund. No one is picking up my phone in payumoney customer care. This is not the way how treating your customer kindly refund my money Was this information helpful? | |||||
