[Resolved]  PayUMoney — refund not received till date

Hi

I had done a on line payment for my electricity bill on 6th september 2018. The amount was already debited from my account but unfortunately the transaction got failed. The payment i'd[protected].
Satyapal is giving me false statement that the team is working on the same. It almost 13 working day now from the date of failed transaction.

Kindly do the needful so that i can get my money back in my account.
Hope for a positive revert.

I applied to fdp in iit bombay ..their first time transaction failed but my money debited ...so please refund my money, second time I paid it was successful ...but my money debited two time please resolve my problem
