PayUMoney — refund of cancelled e- ticket

Sir, i booked a ticket on irctc on 05 sep 2017 from chandigarh to ambala cantt for 2 passangers and payment made through a gateway provided by payu with debit card. The train was cancelled so plz credit the refund amount of 160/- rupees to my account for cancelled ticket, the details are as follows:-

Booking transaction id - [protected]
Transaction date:- 05 sep 2017
Amount - 160/-
Cancellation id/refunded id - [protected]
Refunded amount - 160/-
Refunded to bank - payumpp
Refund date - 06 oct 2017.
This refund is still not credited to my account.
