[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund of cancelled irctc ticket booked | |
I had cancelled an e-ticket from IRCTC on 4th Jan 2018. Ticket get cancelled and the amount was refunded by IRCTC on 4th Jan 2018, using ITZ gateway as per the message sent by IRCTC. But till now i have not received the refunded amount. Transaction ID: [protected] Cancellation/Refund ID: [protected] I would like to get this problem solved as soon as possible.
