PayUMoney — Refund of money as product is not delivered and merchant online store is shown unavailable

I had ordered from Kid's Cluvb ( online store shown on facebook) 29 August. Payment was made through google pay to payumoney. I have not recieved the ordered product or any information with regard to the order from the merchant Kid's Cluvb. I want to cancel the order and get the money back.
