I have booked two tickets on irctc using my using my rupay debit card, but i cancelled both the tickets on irctc app its showing money has been refunded back to payumoney bank but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Verified Support Oct 29, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Vishwas, the amount of INR 315 for each transaction has been partially refunded to your source account for the PayU Payment ID [protected] & [protected] via bank reference no. 30001082958272229623864 & 30001082958273239282535 respectively. We'd request you to get in touch with your bank with the provided reference no. to get the status of your refund at their end. -Mohtashim
