[Resolved]  PayUMoney — refund of no seats available - transaction dropped

Hi sir/madam, i tried to book tatkal ticket through irctc app on 18th december 2018. Regarding the transaction i attach the photo of the transaction details like refund id and reference id but ticket was not booked cited no rooms available - transaction dropped. But money was debited from my account. Please rectify my complaint as early as possible and credit the same amount. Thank you

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

When contacted to merchant, it is informed that they have not received the money. Kindly trace and transfer the amount to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.

Please Refer to the SMS attachment from BZ-PAYUMN, with reference to Payment ID[protected]. The merchant is denying the receipt of payment.

Kindly arrange to provide the merchant details (Contact details, Name) to whom with payment has been settled, so that status can be taken up the intended merchant to whom the payment means.

If wrongly settled, may be requested for refund of amount.
