PayUMoney — Refund status on gateway payment through payu.in

I made online transfer to indusind bank account through payu.in payment gateway through netbanking(axis bank) on 20th October. The amount got debited from axis bank but the transaction was unsuccessful on the indusind side.

The money is not credited to the indusind account. What is the refund status?

Hi Jayanthi,

As checked you have made two transactions of INR 90000 on 20/10/2020 17:34:29 & 20/10/2020 23:25:00 with PayU ID [protected] & [protected]. Both these transactions stand successful at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
