PayUMoney — regarding refunding money for failed transaction | |||||
On 23 oct 17, 12:13 pm and and 12:16 pm i tried to pay bescom electricity bill i performed transaction for first time the transaction has failed, but i tried again i got the same error but my money was debited twice from my account for a failed transaction. Regarding this i sent mail to pay nearly 7- 8 times but each time they say they refund within 5-7 days, but still they never refunded the money, it is so frustrating because you people offer so poor service to customer.
