[Resolved] PayUMoney — settlement not done for weeks - no response from merchant support | |
My merchant id is 6680485 and i made a terrible mistake of accepting a customer payment of 35, 730 via payumoney. I received the amount on 26th march 2019 and in spite of completing the bank verification the payment wasn't settled. As per their t&c, website verification is mandatory for transactions over 50, 000. I raised multiple support tickets and was contacted by mr. Anup singh and he helped me sort out documentation and website issues. This was all completed by 3rd april. And he promised that settlement will be initiated by eod. Today is 08 april 2019 and i haven't received any settlement. The website still shows the same "your settlement is on hold and we will take 2 working days to process it". It has been the same for weeks now. I have emailed merchant support, ceo, anup singhi already. No response. Here's the confirmation email, You have received an amount of: rs.35730.0, for the payumoney reference id:[protected].. I have booked ticket in irctc through payu money gateway and after cancelation I do not receive any refund in the acount I used .But the irctc confirms that it refund is success. Kindly check Screenshot
