PayUMoney — Ticket booked.. Amount debited... no response in customer care & mail | |||
i have booked the ticket on 16th Apr in redbus & selected payment option in payu money. amount has been debited but ticket was not booked.. i have sent a mail on [protected]@payumoney.com & called customer care also but there is no response on boths... this is very bad .. pls help to refund the money ASAP.
