[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction failed and amount debited but refund not received after a week | |
I tried booking one ticket on IRCTC for about two weeks ago on a Sunday. The transaction failed and the amount was debited. The IRCTC Consumer Care said to contact the payment service. The transaction id is [protected]. I request you to take action immediately. I have waited for 7 working days excluding bank holidays but I have not received my refund.
