[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction failed but amount deducted from bank account | |
I used payumoney to pay my electricity bill (Pspcl). The transaction got failed for some reason but the amount (3, 740.00) was deducted from my bank account. I had to make the payment again which cleared without any issue. The transaction id for first transaction (Failed one) :[protected] Transaction amount: 3740 Can you please check this and refund the amount to my bank account asap?
