PayUMoney — Transaction failed but amount not refunded

I had used payu money to book a ticket for rs. 805 on dated 11/06/2018 for himachal road transport corporation.

I had contacted with merchant and the bank. The bank responded that the amount already paid to merchant i. E payu.

The hrtc official responded they didn't get the amount.

But, at the time of transaction the transaction had failed, but the amount has deducted. Till date i have not received the transaction amount.

The transaction id is "[protected]".
