[Resolved] PayUMoney — Transaction was successful, but not updated on Merchant website

Dear sir,

Pl be inform that on 12th March'21, I had made 03 transaction in favor of Poddar International thru Pay u .( Debit card ) for paying School fees of Class-2 ( Student Name : Harsh deep singh Dhalla) in Merchant Website: www.betweenus.in

Out of 03 Transactions made 02 were successful and 01 got bounced/unsuccessful.

Out of 02 Successful Transaction, One got Captured in Poddar international Fees payment, but another below transaction Id b049d679c9aa204e485f amount : Rs. 14598.31 is still not updated /reflecting in Poddar International fees payment .

Nor this amount has been credited back to mine HDFC account .

It is requested to kindly support me either by updating this below amount in Poddar International or refund me back .

As checked, both the transactions are successful via PayU Id - [protected] & [protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant www.betweenus.in on 15/03/2021 via UTR HDFCR[protected]. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
