This is to brought to your notice that an order was placed on BUy My Mobile website for Unitron mobile on 1st Apr but merchant did not responded after payment through Pay U and the contact no given on their website is also fake.It seems they are cheating the public and you are facilitating the same by getting them paid through your platform without checking their genuineness.Before I proceed with cybercrime case and investigation you are requested to immediately block my payment and not to pay them and refund the amount to my card. The details of payment is:-
Through PayU (Id[protected] of Rs 4399.2 for Frankie Enterprises.

PayU is a payment aggregator that helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives a refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.

    I got a message to my mobile from payu money stating that i have made a transcation.but I didn't made such transaction and I didn't have account with payu money as well.

    I doubt someone else using my mobile number for their tranactions.
    Please unlink my mobile number from their account

    Text Message from payu money as follows,
    "Your payment(Id[protected] of Rs 2806.5 for Instore is successful. For queries on your payment visit: http://pmny.in/FI6L8HEhtoCj"

    Could you please address this issue.

    or please give a mail id so that i could escalate on the same.

                  Hi I am Darpan and I wanted to do a transaction from one of my relatives bank account to mine. So I created a payu money account and sent them a payment link to receive money. The transaction was successful from their end but money is not settled into my acoount. Its more than 72 hours.

                    The merchant has informed that since December 21st 2020, they have not received any settlement and all funds including mine is holding by payu.in.

                    The merchant has given refund request, but the payu.in is still holding the funds.

                    Kindly treat this as a serious complaint and sort out the issue at the earliest.

                              Paid Money Rs. 33249 through Payu Gateway via Transaction Id,[protected] on 7th March 2021.

                              Till date there is no communication from vendor and we don't know the contact address, Email and contact phone number to communicate

                              Raised Complaint via id, 2834943 to customer service. They informed me to contact merchant for delivery of product / Payment Recept / Account Details/ Cancellation and Refund.

                              We tracked payu helpcenter to know the status of our transaction and found the information as below

                              Your transaction with payment id[protected] on date 7th March 2021 is successful. Please contact merchant for order / Service Delivery orrefund related concerns.

                              Will you please mail me merchant mailing address, Email Id, contact pnone number as we don't have merchant information and we would be grateful to you if you take with the merchant to refind the money as he has not contacted my cell phone - [protected] so far.

                              We also initiated our bankers to get in touch with you to refund the amount.

                                      Is this merchantcare payumoney or the merchant to whom money was remitted by paymoney if so please mail me the full address of merchant to whom money was remitted by payumoney, Email address, contact phonenumber as i don't have no information of merchant to whom money was remitted by Payumoney
