I have made transaction on 13 th March 21 for my admission to IGNOU UNIVERSITY but my transaction got failed and an amount of 3175 Rs was deducted from my account
I haven't got my money back

      I have made payment for school fees for Sindhi model higher secondary school for an amount of 24752.70 for my ward Avinash Menon 5C. Payment has been debited from my HDFC Bank account, but I received a mail from you stating that payment has failed.

      Please look into this issue. I have enclosed the transaction details from my bank.

            Hi I am Darpan and I wanted to do a transaction from one of my relatives bank account to mine. So I created a payu money account and sent them a payment link to receive money. The transaction was successful from their end but money is not settled into my acoount. Its more than 72 hours.

              Please note that the above transaction was carried on 21.12.2020 and subsequently upon my request the merchant has cancelled the transaction and issued refund on 3rd March 2021.

              However the said transaction is still under "Queued" status with the Payu.in.

              Please let me know the current status and sort out the issue at the earliest.

              The merchant has informed that since December 21st 2020, they have not received any settlement and all funds including mine is holding by payu.in.

              The merchant has given refund request, but the payu.in is still holding the funds.

              Kindly treat this as a serious complaint and sort out the issue at the earliest.

One of our customers has paid an amount of 1, 00, 000 rupees with PayU gateway on 16th March 2021 morning at 10.44 AM. The settlement is on hold. We are requested to provide some bills and invoices.                         Paid Money Rs. 33249 through Payu Gateway via Transaction Id,[protected] on 7th March 2021.

                        Till date there is no communication from vendor and we don't know the contact address, Email and contact phone number to communicate

                        Raised Complaint via id, 2834943 to customer service. They informed me to contact merchant for delivery of product / Payment Recept / Account Details/ Cancellation and Refund.

                        We tracked payu helpcenter to know the status of our transaction and found the information as below

                        Your transaction with payment id[protected] on date 7th March 2021 is successful. Please contact merchant for order / Service Delivery orrefund related concerns.

                        Will you please mail me merchant mailing address, Email Id, contact pnone number as we don't have merchant information and we would be grateful to you if you take with the merchant to refind the money as he has not contacted my cell phone - [protected] so far.

                        We also initiated our bankers to get in touch with you to refund the amount.

                        Please help us.

                                    I have placed an order for a white colour dress and grey leather silk woven jutti, total order amounting to Rs. 2340.00.

                                    I made a payment through debit card. My money got deducted from my account(snap shot attached). However, I haven't received any payment confirmation email from Payu (payment gateway) nor order confirmation email from Fabindia.

                                    I even don't have any order number to identified with. This could be some network/technical issue from your end.

                                    Please resolve this issue ASAP and do send me the confirmation email.
