Hi I am Darpan and I wanted to do a transaction from one of my relatives bank account to mine. So I created a payu money account and sent them a payment link to receive money. The transaction was successful from their end but money is not settled into my acoount. Its more than 72 hours....

Please note that the above transaction was carried on 21.12.2020 and subsequently upon my request the merchant has cancelled the transaction and issued refund on 3rd March 2021.

However the said transaction is still under "Queued" status with the Payu.in.

Please let me know the current status...

Hi, my name is Yashpal. Verified Merchant of PayU. Merchant ID is 7368406. One of our customers has paid an amount of 1, 00, 000 rupees with PayU gateway on 16th March 2021 morning at 10.44 AM. The settlement is on hold. We are requested to provide some bills and invoices. After submitting, there is no response. It's been one week still our money is on hold. What kind o[censored]nprofessional service is this? Your bad service is impacting our business....

Till date there is no communication from vendor and we don't know the contact address, Email and contact phone number to communicate

I have placed an order for a white colour dress and grey leather silk woven jutti, total order amounting to Rs. 2340.00.

I made a payment through debit card. My money got deducted from my account(snap shot attached). However, I haven't received any payment confirmation email from Payu (payment gateway) nor order confirmation email from Fabindia.

I even don't have any order number to identified...

I pay rupees 249 on payU, payment was successful, but I didn't get any diamond for gamersw ... please refund my money....

Got the mail from payu that refund of 8000 inr is received in your account from British Counsil but the money is not credited in my account yet. Contacted the British counsil as well they have replied that they had sent the money to payu. But the refund is still not reflecting in my account. Please resolve this issue asap....
