PayUMoney — Unsuccessful Transaction | |||
Dear Sir, I booked a return ticket from Indore to Mumbai and Mumbai to Indore on 25th Dec-2014 by redbus.in and paid through net banking via PayuMoney. Although money has been debited from my account it seems PayuMoney has not credited it to redbus.in and they have not sent me the ticket. Redbus says transaction has failed and hence the ticket was not confirmed. Transaction details are as under:- INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/ - Rs. 1785/- So you are requested to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
