I have paid the fee for premium account. My account has not been upgraded. I Have not received any email from them. Money has been deducted from my paytm wallet. They say account will be upgraded in 3 hours. Its more than 3 hours but there's no response. I have also mailed to their customer care. Still there is no word from them.
