Pblifestyle.com — Not received ordered elite gaming chair

I had ordered elite gaming chair on 3rd march 2021 through pblifestyle.com based on facebook advertisement and payment made through my google pay account rs. 663.91 and it processed and i got msg to my mobile as "rs 663.91 debited from a/c *1891 on 03-03-21 to vpa razor. Pay¡sbi (Upi ref no[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report"

Pb lifestyle company also sent reply mail as"order #14458
Thank you for your purchase!
Hi vetrivel, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent"
But than after still i am not received any other response from that company.
I sent three mails regarding this to pb lifestyle mentioned email id, but still no one response from this company.

Further i came to know that this is fake. So kindly arrange refund this amount to my account.
